A little about me.
I’ve been in real estate for more than 23 years, and after all this time, my favorite part is still the people.
I’m very down to earth. I’ll tell you what I think, explain what I’m seeing, and make sure you understand your options without making things more complicated than they need to be.
I love the marketing and design side of real estate, I’m hands-on when preparing a home for sale, and I’m a strong negotiator when it matters. But more than anything, I want my clients to feel comfortable calling me, asking questions, and knowing I’m looking out for them.
A lot of my business comes from past clients and referrals, and that means a great deal to me. I don’t just want to help you buy or sell a home — I want you to enjoy the experience enough that you’d feel comfortable introducing me to someone you care about.

Plenty of people can complete a transaction. What I care about is how you were looked after along the way.
Marketing is genuinely part of who I am.
I design my own brochures, postcards and newsletters. The property brochures are laid out in Photoshop — eleven by seventeen, full color and UV coated. I choose the photography, refine the layout, and care about details most people never notice.
Not because every home needs an elaborate campaign, but because how a home is presented changes how people see it.
Twenty-three years in, I’m completing a marketing degree — not because I need one, but because I’d rather keep getting better at this.
When I’m not talking real estate…
Long walks are how I reset — around Ladera Ranch and Covenant Hills, or up to Top of the World in Laguna with my son. Sometimes we walk the beach instead and end up at Shake Shack in Crystal Cove. Otherwise you’ll find me at the cinema with my feet up, out with Lucy, or shopping for something for the house.
Family, faith and friends. That’s what matters most.
